Waddington Redwood Primary School, 50th Anniversary Memory Fayre

24th May 2017

Redwood Primary School, small school hall – all entry via main school entrance

2- 4pm

Redwood Primary School is 50 years old this year and, as part of our Ridges & Furrows project with the Cliff villages, we are working with pupils to help them celebrate his significant event.

Ridges & Furrows historian Dave Reeves will be working with Redwood school to collect and preserve personal histories of people associated with the school. Were you part of the first intake of pupils 50 years ago? Do you have memories of significant events at the school? Have you ever worked at Redwood Primary School?

Whatever your connection, we would love people with memories of the school to come along on the afternoon of Wednesday 24th May and record their recollections, bring along old photographs, memorabilia, items of uniform etc – and help to bring the history of their school alive for the pupils.

There will be refreshments and plenty of chance to talk about Redwood and life in Waddington. To book your place please contact Redwood School on 01522 721 156.
