The arts team has been busily working in many of North Kesteven’s 100 flourishing communities over the last 20 years, inspiring tens of thousands of residents and completing hundreds of artworks and performances. The team is now keen to ask residents what they want from artsNK over the next ten years.
North Kesteven’s authorities and residents have supported many wonderful and ambitious projects over the years, and artsNK wants to be sure, not only that what is being delivered is what residents want, but also that the arts are making a positive contribution to people’s lives as well as to the villages and the NK landscape.
We know from previous consultation and feedback that people value being actively involved, whether its from feeling more healthy because of dance workshops or feeling happier and more fulfilled because of taking part in arts projects.
The first of the village consultation events take place in Witham St Hugh’s from Friday 16th – Sunday 18th May.
