Big Dance ~ Schools Pledge

The Big Dance Schools Pledge is back for 2012 and this year we’re hoping it will be bigger and better than ever before. The world record takes place on 18 May 2012, the same day that the Olympic Torch arrives in the UK.

The Schools Pledge is in two parts 

• Learn the choreography and take part in a world record attempt for the ‘Largest Dance Routine – Multi-venue’ at 1pm on 18 May 2012
• Undertake to do an additional 20 minutes of dance a day during Big Dance week (7-15 July 2012)

Here’s how you can start to join in the fun.

Already 650 Schools around the globe have signed up to be part of the Schools Pledge World Record on 18 May 2012. The choreography will be available for download from the Big Dance website in February – so sign your school up now to start learning the dance.
