Curiosities on The Edge
The aim of this project will be to use the new Structures on the Edge (SOTE) as inspiration for small sculptural artworks. These artworks will be durable so that they can be picked up and handled and their size will fit into an adult hand. They will be stored in three boxes that contain small drawers which can be explored to reveal what treasures it beholds. Each draw will hold one artwork. The boxes will be available for visitors and schools to use when coming to the coast to view the SOTE.

MADD Summer- Shadowing Opportunities for Performing Arts Students
For the past 8 years artsNK and North Kesteven School have worked in partnership to run a successful Performing Arts Summer School for children aged 8 – 14. Music, dance and drama workshops take place throughout the week culminating in a performance for family and friends on the final day. We are offering 3 students, over the age of 18, (1 Music, 1 Dance and 1 Drama) the opportunity to shadow an established artist at this year’s Summer School. Each student will work alongside a more experienced practitioner to improve their workshop and teaching skills and gain real, hands on experience of delivering music, dance or drama sessions.
