NK Arts Partnership Annual Report 2016 -2017

20th July 2017

Since 2010 artsNK has been part of the NK Arts Partnership, which unites five organisations to bring the very best cultural and contemporary arts experiences and opportunities to Lincolnshire. The partnership consists of ourselves, The National Centre for Craft and Design, Design Factory, Design-Nation and the Terry O’Toole Theatre.

The Partnership’s annual report for 2016 – 2017 provides just a glimpse into the amazing arts experiences our partnership has developed and delivered this year. It demonstrates the vital role that the arts play in the lives of residents in the North Kesteven district, contributing to mental and physical wellbeing, and also attracting visitors to Sleaford, North Hykeham and rural areas.

Some of our highlights from the past year include the joint Ridges & Furrows project, which has delivered heritage inspired cultural events and exhibition in North Kesteven; the establishment of new dance & disabilities classes in Lincolnshire, and the launch of the When in Sleaford arts & heritage trail.
