Young dancers required for performance project Always and Totally Forever

31st May 2016

Dancers aged 13-20 years are required for performance project & professional performances as part of a national tour (Bristol & London).

Always and Totally Forever is a new devised musical about teenagers created by musician and theatre maker Sam Halmarack. It’s a lament for what’s gone and a chaotic celebration of what’s to come. Dancers will have the exciting opportunity to work with choreographer Dan Canham.

The project is looking for young dancers to work with over the summer, in a residency at Terry O’Toole Theatre in July. The dancers will then be part of performances on tour at Bristol Old Vic and London’s National Theatre. There may be other opportunities for young people to work in partnership with some of the other world class creatives in key roles. Dancers must be comfortable using voice and movement.

Dates are as follows:
Week 1: Mon 18th – Fri 22nd July, 3:30-7pm daily ( TIMES tbc)
Week 2: Mon 25th – Thurs 28th July, 10am-5pm daily
First performance: Fri 29th July in Bristol
Second performance: Sun 7th August in London

This is an unpaid opportunity but travel expenses and accommodation costs (if required) to and from performances will be covered.
